It is the policy and practice of the George M. Hiller Companies, LLC to act in the best interest of its clients and with that in mind we have developed a fluid plan to remain operational or quickly resume operations when there is an interruption to normal business operations. In the event of a business interruption the main phone lines 404-365-0222 and 1-800-359-0222 will be rolled over to a staff person’s cell phone to receive incoming calls. Key personnel that have remote access to the network computers from alternate locations will be mobilized to resume normal operations as quickly as possible. If necessary, the staff will set up temporary offices at another location. The website at www.georgehiller.com will have operations information posted on the BUSINESS CONTINUITY section. All clients have access to account funds through the custodian of their accounts at all times. Contact information for each custodian is posted on the corresponding websites and on the account statements provided by the custodian to the client. In the event of a business interruption access to account funds and trading of securities can be provided by the custodian without assistance from the George M. Hiller Companies, LLC by contacting the custodian directly by phone. |
