Business Continuity Statement

It is the policy and practice of the George M. Hiller Companies, LLC to act in the best interest of its clients and with that in mind we have developed a fluid plan to remain operational or quickly resume operations when there is an interruption to normal business operations.

In the event of a business interruption the main phone lines 404-365-0222 and 1-800-359-0222 will be rolled over to a staff person’s cell phone to receive incoming calls. Key personnel that have remote access to the network computers from alternate locations will be mobilized to resume normal operations as quickly as possible. All clients always have access to account funds through the Schwab Alliance at 1-800-515-2157. Contact information for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. (Schwab) your custodian is posted on the Schwab.com website and on the account statements provided by the Schwab to the client. In the event of a business interruption access to account funds and trading of securities can be provided by Schwab without assistance from the George M. Hiller Companies, LLC by contacting the custodian directly by phone.
